Fort Edward woman charged after drug investigation

INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, Brandi L. Walsh, 34, of Fort Edward was arrested on an Indictment Warrant charging her with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree after a lengthy investigation into Drug Sales in the Village of Fort Edward. It is alleged that Walsh sold Suboxone on at least two (2) occasions in the Village of Fort Edward during the investigation. Walsh was also charged for Endangering the Welfare of a Child for committing the acts with children present on the above occasions. The Sheriff’s Office assisted the Fort Edward Police Department with the Investigation.

Charges Filed: 2 Counts Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree, 2 Counts Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child
