Burglary investigation leads to arrest

INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED:

Charges Filed: 1 count of Burglary 3rd Degree, 1 Count of Petit Larceny Lodged: Yes 

INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, Steven C. Roberts was arrested in connection to a reported burglary at the Adamsville Store and Redemption on State Route 196 in the Town of Kingsbury.

Deputies were called to the store for a report of a break in with property missing from inside. Following an investigation, Roberts was subsequently charged with burglary in the third degree, a class D felony and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

Roberts was held pending arraignment at Washington County Centralized Arraignment.
