Hebron man arrested, charged with burglary

INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED:  

1.  Dylan M. Biesterveld        Age:23  Address: County Route 30 Hebron, NY


INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office was called to a residence on County Route 30 in the Town of Hebron for a report of a burglary (prior). Deputies responded and were able to develop enough evidence to connect Dylan M. Biesterveld, 23, of Hebron as the person responsible for the burglary.  Biesterveld was a neighbor to the victim and is accused of entering the victim’s residence and causing damage inside.

Charges Filed: Burglary 2nd degree, criminal mischief 4th degree

Biesterveld was arrested and transported to the Law Enforcement Center in Fort Edward where he was processed and held pending arraignment at Washington County Centralized Arraignment.
