Funding for the Opportunity Project is provided through a 5-year grant from the NYS Office of Probation and Correctional Alternatives.

- To help participants obtain and/or maintain employment
- To improve participants’ financial quality of life
- To improve relationships between the participant and their families
- To increase participants’ knowledge about parenting skills

Target Population
- Must be a New York State resident
- Must be a parent (custodial or non custodial)
- Must be income eligible (200% poverty guidelines)
- Must have a non-violent criminal charge or conviction
